Rated 3.4 out of 5 by 34 reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 by Decent bike for the price I purchased this bike for my wife for Mothers Day. I ordered it online. The shipping was fast. The bike was VERY easy to assemble except the manufacture sent me 2 right hand pedals. The store was very polite about resolving the issue for me though. I test road the bike for my wife. The wheels were not aligned and the gear shifting was VERY sloppy. The seat is like a rock, so purchasing a new seat for this bike would be a good idea. Besides those issues, the bikes rides ok. You really get what you pay for with this bike. Its not bad, but its not amazing. I took the bike into the store and ended up exchanging and upgrading to a Nishiki bike. Overall, if you are looking for a decent, inexpensive bike, this is the bike for you. If you are looking for a higher quality bike, you may want to upgrade to a higher model for DBX or another bike company. May 8, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by yay! The bike itself is a great ride once I figured out the gear best suited for its use. I purchased a bike from target, three days later it completely fell apart... I returned it and went to Dick's. My price point wasn't really high, so when the bike attendant came out of the back with this bike I was excited. He put it together, explained all of the aspects of it, and made sure I was happy with my purchase. He was by far the nicest and most helpful employee I've met there. My ONLY complaint about the bike is the seat, but that's an easy fix and I will be headed back to Dick's to get a new seat. August 28, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good product for the price We purchased this bicycle for my 11 year old daughter. It is just slightly to big for her but she will grow into it with no problem. For the price, it is a good quality bike that functions well. She likes it a great deal. There was a slight assembly issue with it when it arrived but it was relatively easy to resolve. The brakes and gears work well and I recommend for the price. If you are looking for the $300 to $400 type product, you will get more. I recommend for it's price range however. August 6, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Starter Bike! I don't know much about bicycles. I purchased this so I could go bikejoring with my dog. This bike is perfect for what I use it for. I did notice that even in 6th gear it does seem "high" enough.. Or that it doesn't put out enough resistance to peddle at high speeds.. If that makes sense. I've only had it a few weeks and it took a spill and it was drug against concrete about 10 feet and it took no visible damage! :) December 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Fantastic Very comfortable smooth ride. Easily transitions to different gears. July 22, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not worth the money Got this bike for my wife, after an hour of riding, it felt like the gears kept wanting to shift no matter what you did with the shifters. After two adjustments of the derailleurs, and two different trips to Dicks, it was determined that the rear gear set would be replaced. By this time Dicks had the bike longer than we had it. Still the gears felt like they wanted to shift, took the bike back and upgraded to the next level a Nishiki Pueblo.......wife is happy now. I will say the staff and customer service at the Polaris Dicks(Columbus,OH) did a fantastic job trying to fix the bike then working with us on the upgrade, it's was just a "lemon" of a bike June 22, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Junk Mine was bought in 2013 and is that edition. Every time I use this bike, the chain heels out of place multiple times. Sometimes the gears change on their own. Also the front brake is touching the tire which adds constant friction. Tried to tighten/fix and can't. I have a Huffy bike from 1996 that had been outside for the past five years and that bike is still a better ride than this one. August 11, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Terrible experience-poor quality Bought new bike for my girl when on holidays- we live 14 hours away-had to bring back 3 times in 5 days to get the shifter to work. Drive home & still no third or fourth gear. Now we have to pay someone local to fix our brand new 2 week old bike. NOT HAPPY! We come down Washington every year for vacation. Doubtful we will ever spend another dime at Dick's August 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great bike ON SALE I went into Dick's to look at what was on sale and ended up buying a Kayak, Two Bikes and a bike carrier for the car because of the great deals. However, I can't say enough about the helpful staff at this location. Very friendly and eager to assist ! Specifically I wanted to give a shout out to Gary who answered lot's of questions for me and even assisted in helping me out with the kayak. I have been in there numerous times and he always does a great job ! The bike guy (John?) was provided great service and made the online purchase at the store easier. October 28, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by So disappointed I have bought this bike TWICE because I wanted it to work. I had constant problems downshifting because the crankshaft is a poor excuse of bike machinery. The seat constantly falls down despite consistent tightening. The rear brakes are so loud! I cannot believe how awful this bike is. I'm switching to a Pueblo model and never buying this manufacturer again. The Dick's staff is fantastic and tried to help in every way they can, but this bike is beyond help. July 25, 2014
