Rated 1 out of 5 by MarkCP DBX Adult Cascade Mountain Bike 2014 I was excited to get a new bicycle and pleased with the quality of service at time of purchase. However, the bicycle is not living up to basic standards of quality and safety. On the first day, I was going up a hill and the right pedal snapped. Today the hand brakes appeared to be in an incorrect position. That's because the handle bars slipped at the fitting. I do not know if the handle bars are stripped or not. I'm really disappointed because I like the bicycle. But due to problems that began the first day I rode it, I'm not sure if I want to keep it. I don't want to risk getting injured or worse. I'll probably try to return it for store credit and get a different bicycle. July 8, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by bikebuilder Don't waste your time or money These bikes are junk. Rear derailleurs are almost always bent, wheels are untrue, grip shifts won't turn, crankset and cassette wobble, the tires have a nasty odor, brake pads are cheap, pedals are cheap, limit screws sometimes work, I can go on and on. If you want a cheap bike, go to wally world. Otherwise spend a little more and get a bike that is safe and reliable. June 29, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Scotty Awesome bike so far I had been looking for a quality bike at a reasonable price and saw this one on sale at Dick's. It came assembled and they tuned it up for no extra charge. The bike rides very well and easy to pedal and get up and down hills and paths with not much effort. June 25, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by uncleal Nice bike some parts should be redesigned I enjoy riding this bike mostly around the neighborhood and easy to moderate off-road trails etc. After owning using it for just a few weeks one of the pedals (made of resin) broke in half while I was pedaling and fell right off! I wasn't doing anything unusual, perhaps DBX should consider a different type material for the pedal. The outer guard outside the largest front chain wheel is made of plastic and parts of it broke off. It's a nice right overal. I would spend an extra $60-70 for the "next" model up if you can. Rated 5 out of 5 by Wizard13 This Bike is Great I bought this bike for my 13 year old. It is just the right size and has all the right features. The salespeople at Dick's are very helpful. We purchased the 3 year warranty because our kids are rough with their bikes. We are very happy with our purchase. June 11, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Kris WHATS NOT TO LOVE? My 12 year old rides it all the time on streets, sidewalks and bike paths and he loves it. I take it for a spin sometimes to get to the nearby neighbors house rather than walk or drive. Great bike. No problems at all here. June 1, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by brigette06 Cheap bike The chain fell off twice the first time I rode it. I returned it. May 29, 2014
