I drink water all day at work and recently tossed all of our old plastic water bottles in favor of BPA free bottles. My husband bought this item for me and I can't believe how long it keeps water cold. I filled it with ice and water at home yesterday morning, refilled it several times with water from the drinking fountain at work throughout the day and found that there was still ice in the bottle this morning! It kept the ice for a full 24 hours! Love it... going back to Dicks tonight to get one for my son to use during his basketball games so he always has cold water.

This is simply the best bottle out there. I own a Polar Insulated bottle and it doesn't even come close to this bottle. The water stays cold for literally 10+ hours if ice was placed in the bottle when filled. Because of it being stainless steel, there is no taste whatsoever besides water. The Big Bite valve is of course great as usual for Camelbak. The only downsides is that its alittle heavy (maybe 1 lb) since it is 2 walls of stainless steel and only holds .5 liters. Still the length of time the water stays cold is astonishing. Highly recommended, don't worry about the price, its worth it.
