Best Boots For The Job
I work for a passenger railroad as a Conductor and these boots are perfect. Very comfortable and the support and traction they give is outstanding. When you put these boots on for the first time they feel like you have already worn them before. The adjustable ICS system works very well too. They can be polished up to a good shine as well. For anyone who is on their feet alot at work and walk on uneven terrain,these boots are a must.

Nice Boots
These are nice looking boots. The fit is true to size. The traction is great and the price is good for this type of boot. The major issue was the stitching on the inside ankel flap of the boot. The seam dug into my ankel causing a lot of pain. Attemted to adjust ties but did not help. Had to send the boots back.

Bates boots
Bates boots that I purchased are very comfortable and light weight and have very good traction. I've had them on for 12-14 hours/day and have no complaints to speak of.

Toe won't stay glued
I have put 2 pair to the supreme test toe comes loose and needs to be reglued every month. catches grass sand. Best feeling pair of boots I ever had on my feet

Designed by a moron
The cushioning system works well enough but I'm not a fan of the eyelets at the ankle be placed so wide. It causes intense pressure on the ankle bone. Even to the point of blistering. The person who thought this was a good idea should have [*].

I would buy this product again
I found these boots very good and with the zipper it makes it easy to get on and off quickly. The only negative thing I have with theses boots is the way I was tricked into purchasing them. I was mislead by not only the manager of Dicks but when customre service was called immediately after I was again not given any positive assistance with this purchase it was not till after I sent a compalin that anything was done to partially fix the misleading I was given
