Rated 3 out of 5 by Mechanic30 Wore out 3 pairs in 3 years, about to happily buy 4th These boots are the most comfortable boots I have ever had. This is why I keep buying the durbins over and over. These boots are extremely lightweight and feel almost like sneakers. Dicks has sales on these boots fairly often ---around $85-$90--- which makes them extremely affordable too, although the regular price of $100.00 is still well worth it. The positives of the boots are comfort and price. The inside of the boots seem to last forever and never get worn out, torn, or sloppy. You forget that they are steel toe until you drop something on your toes and it doesn't even hurt. The negatives are; They are only waterproof for like a month then your feet will get damp ---not soaked--- from then on. The soles usually start to seperate from the leather after about 2 months ---I repair them with a little dab of shoe goo when they start to seperate and it makes them last a whooooolllle lot longer---. They only come in brown. The laces don't last very long before the middle layer pokes through. They sort of look like boots but then again not really. My wife liked when I always had on my black or tan steel toe combat boots ---military issue steel toe Belleville's--- and she can't stand the look of the brown durbins. Even with so many negatives, I still love these boots! I'm an industrial mechanic and a property owner/outdoorsman and I wear these boots everyday from about 6am to 9pm. I am very hard on boots and as long as I put shoe goo on them, they will comfortably last me for about 12 months each. After 12 months I usually wear through the bottom of the sole which is when I have to go back to Dicks for another pair. I highly recommend these boots to anyone who cares about all-day comfort ---even on concrete floors--- and price. If you honestly care about quality or looks you should probably look at some other boots. My choice is comfort first and these boots are so comfortable. The low price is just an added bonus! Rated 5 out of 5 by ConstructionPro BEST BOOT I HAVE EVER OWNED ! ! I've worked and engaged in sport outdoors for many, many years. I work in the construction industry as a building inspector. Believe me when I tell you that this is by far the MOST COMFORTABLE BOOT I have ever owned in my life ! You will never say "I can't wait to get home and take these boots off". Instead you might find yourself saying - "I wish I didn't have to take these boots off". Picked these up last Saturday in advance of the approaching Northeast snowstorm. Worn them through all kinds of "slop" and such, and NEVER did my feet get wet or cold. The steel toe feature is a "country mile" better than other brands I have worn. Your feet feel like they are walking on air ! Considering going back to Dicks this weekend to purchase a back-up pair. I personally rate this boot 5 stars ! ! ! ! ! January 27, 2015

Rated 2 out of 5 by rsok2hike Boot returned Liked the boot. But inner lining on right shoe was not sewed together. Had to return the boot. Went with another brand and style. Dick's does get kudos for their "no hassle" return policy. You talk with a real human being that you can understand! 5 stars for Dick's Sporting Goods. January 28, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by LSM great boot for the money This is my second pair of these boots. I wear these boots everyday for at least 12 hours per day, they are light and durable. very comfortable right out of the box. I have learned to keep leather treated to prolong waterproofing . like them so much I made sure to buy two pairs this time February 14, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by salvation Wolverine Men's Durbin 6" Work Boot These boots are fantastic. Not only do they feel comfortable, holdup to water, and look great, but are a good price for the quality at Dick's Sporting Goods store. November 20, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Tyler Bad Quality I work in a plant, 12 hour shifts, and it consists of a lot of walking... these boots got scratched the very first day. They fell apart within 3 months. Luckily, I had the receipt. Since they had been worn, they exchanged the boots for a new pair... Same problem. They are already destroyed and its only been 2 weeks. They are very comfortable, but not at all durable. November 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nick the truck man 2nd pair purchased I use these boots for work. I like that they are waterproof as I work around water or wet grass most days. This is my second pair and when my first pair wore out I looked specifically for these. October 4, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Tech Worst boots i have EVER owned!!! I bought these boots to wear while boarding up houses. Within the firdt 2 months they were no longer waterproof, barely water resistant and the sides split on the side of the boot. I have narrow feet so width was not a problem. I returned the bootsand got an exchange for the same pair hoping it was a defective pair. Second pair lasted less than 6 weeks. same problems. The people at Dick`s were very accomodating and let me exchange for a different brand. The people at Wolverine however were a adifferent story. I sent e mails to customer service and never got 1 reply. Guess my problem was not important to them . September 23, 2012
