Rated 2 out of 5áby Magnus Not happy These boots are warm, super comfortable.BUT only after 2 weeks of wearing them they are leaking. I only have been in wet slushy snow, so I will be returning them. With no standing water but only walking through wet slush for 4-5 hours while at work getting my feet wet is just frustrating. Definitely not waterproof, more like. " barely " water resistant. Rated 5 out of 5áby rochesterr3 Rocky Men's Sport Utility Max Waterproof 1000g Field Boot I have put my boots through the paces of the farm and hunting life, and so far they stand very well, plus they are extremely comfortable as well as warm and waterproof. December 29, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5áby Luv2hunt New to Rocky-So far so good I have had other brand hunting boots over the past many years. These are the first Rocky boots that I have ever owned. The look is good. The tread design seems aggressive enough for any terrain. In "teen" degree weather, my feet have stayed warm. I have yet to test them in snow/rain/wet weather, so I can't comment about how well they perform in the "waterproof" area. As I was not able to try on a boot before buying, I chose to take a chance and order the next size up online (Local sporting goods stores don't carry anything above size 11). Glad I stepped up a size as these seem to be made smaller than what I was previously buying. These are a stiff boot, so be patient until break-in. Not lacing them all the way up will help during this process. Hopefully, these will live up to the Rocky hype! December 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby JVJR63 Great Boots If I had one complaint regarding these boots, it would be that they are too warm. I wore them this past week and it was in the 40?s, and my feet were very hot even just sitting up a tree. However, as the temp dropped into the mid to low 30's, the only warm part of me was my feet. They have great support and tread on them. I would recommend these boots to anyone who hunts in colder weather. October 22, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5áby wps92055 great warmth These boots are very warm and as expected waterproof.i was very happy with the pricing. One down fall of these boots are the flexability that they do not have. The sole section is very firm. otherwise they serve the purpose. December 5, 2012

Rated 2 out of 5áby Irish setters next Disappointed The laces broke this first week and the boots didn't last one hunting season. I do a lot of walking. The creases on the toe of the boot from walking split and left my sock hanging out. I don't recommend these boots to anybody who actually uses there hunting boots October 27, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5áby Schu5t3r Great boot! I used these this gun hunting season, feet stayed warm and dry. Temperatures were between 14 and 56 never got too hot or cold. My dad used a pair of these as well and he loved 'em too. Only problem is the laces are a little weak. only a week of use and going to have to replace the laces already because the outer layer of mine already separated. Same happened with my dads pair. Rated 2 out of 5áby Firephil OK but not fantastic I bought "wide" size, but they seem to be the same width as most other standard widths. My previous pair of Rocky boots (same size/width) definitely fit much better than the new ones. The boot feels OK, but a little too tight. The inside top of the boot rubs against my legs to the point of being annoying (and somewhat painful), so I end up not tying them very tight and not using the top hooks. Unless I have really tall boot socks on, the boots tend to pull the socks down. It seems to help by not tying them so snug, but still not good. Unlike previous boots, I have a tough time wearing them for more than three or four hours. Definitely would not recommend them for hunting or other activities that would entail lots of walking. Might be better if pants were tucked inside the boots military style to prevent chafing. February 25, 2014
