Tried it out in snow and on ice. It's perfect. Slightly heavy but warm, comfy and great traction. So glad I got it.

This is a great snow boot but like many others had said in their reviews I received mine with a sensor tag still on it and had to go to Dick's to have it removed. I wear a size 8 but ordered 81/2 to allow for thicker wool socks. It slips on the heel slightly but still a pretty good fit. I really like the loop in the back to help getting the boots on and off.

This year has been the 3rd worst in history, for January snowfall in Chicago! I received these boots on the same day we got 8 inches of snow! (on top of the 20" already on the ground) It was 20 degrees outside. I shoveled our driveway for 30 minutes, and my feet were warm and dry. Boots are tall enough to keep the snow out, the fit is true to size and I can also put on a 2nd pair of socks, and they are not too tight. These boots are very comfortable to walk in, not too heavy on the bottom, like other boots? I like the laces; it makes it very easy to get the boots on and off. I wear them to and from work every day.

bought these boots for my 13yr old daughter whom needed them for snowmobiling. even though they were rated for minus temperatures we were not sure would be warm enough since do not have removable felt liner we are used to having in the other Sorel styles and have used for years. My daughter was wanting a more stylish looking boot and more lightweight and really wanted these. She has used them twice and one was a 3 day weekend up north with minus temperatures and feet stayed warm riding all day and night. We did get them a size up so can wear a regular sock with a wool sock over it like we usually do and worked well.

These boots are warm, good footing, light weight. My last pair lasted 4 years. I wear them for barn work, and outside recreation

Very warm and comfortable. Not so heavy that I get tired wearing them but you can tell they are sturdy and will last a long time. They came quickly in the mail but still had a security tag on them. The nearest store took it off quickly so overall, a good experience!

I have been looking for boots that I can walk in while I take photographs in the snow. These have kept my feet dry and warm! I usually wear a 7 1/2, ordered an 8 after reading another review. Glad I did, because they are snug!

I really like these boots and the size was true to my size. I wear a 7 and got a 7. I purchased these boots for a ski trip in Colorado and have not left yet but these boots are light weight on my foot and appear to have good tread so I shouldn't have any problems. I will have these boots for years with the quality of the boot.

These boots were so narrow with a ski sock I will have to give them away or e-bay them as the box got thrown out.. I can't return them. They were a hard to find size 8. They look really nice and if they came in a wide width it would've worked maybe, size wise. They are so stiff there is no give to them.. I went by other reviews as to the fact that they were so warm in extreme cold. I only wore them once in this Polar Vortex snowstorm to clean off my car and shovel snow in CT and my feet froze. I had to come in and change boots. So cold and narrow! Probably good for normal wear as a shoe on a cold day to the store or something but not snowshoeing or anything long time outside. They just aren't warm.
