great customer service in-store!!!!
Great customer service in store! I called ahead and had these skates held with 10 minutes till closing. Needless to say I was in an extreme rush to get there before closing. They had the skates waiting, and sharpened them while someone else checked me out to save time. Would definitely recommend.

Skating value
Great product for reasonable price! Average or occasional skater will appreciate the quality boot. Free sharpening. Guard is less than adequate - otherwise you'll be skating in no time

great skates!
These skates are very comfortable. I have had others that have really hurt my feet when worn even a very short time. Wore these for 2 hrs with no problems, I'm delighted with my purchase and would recommend them.

Great Skates for the Price
For the price these are great skates. The only thing is you need to get them sharpened, but you can get it done for around $5 anywhere there is an ice rink. Also get skate guards to keep the blades covered. Best thing I've bought myself in a long time!

Bought these for my daughter as a gift and the tongue ripped out after only a couple of uses. Returned.

Good Buy
I saw these skates online, but was hesitant to purchase them without trying them on. I found the same style in store, just a little too small. I asked a salesperson if they had any other sizes and they said they did not, but could order them for me and have them sent to my home with free shipping. I felt comfortable enough to order the next size up and the skates arrived just 3 days later. They fit very well & feel comfortable on the ice.

do not last
We bought this brand as a gift because it is the only one we could find in a size 11. They were great for a three years, skating 4 or 5 times a year. Then the heal came loose from the boot at the sole. We tried gluing them to no avail.

Just an OK skate
Just an OK skate. I tried on only the right skate at the store....mistake. The left boot was made incorrectly and had to return the pair for an exchange. The north store did not have even one pair of this skate even though a display skate was sitting on top of the rack. Had to travel back to the south store to exchange the skates.
The description lists that it comes with a guard...not hardly. The thin black plastic shipping guard twist tied to the blade can hardly be called a guard and not something that should be listed as a feature of the skate. All skates should have a shipping guard for protection while shipping.
Have not been on the ice yet waiting on the 2 day sharpening.

Okay, but...
Bought in late summer based on 'out of season' availability and also because small size available in adult skates @ moderate price. Pls contact me again in mid-winter when I've had opportunity to skate! I was a bit disappointed in what is called a blade guard in the ad/photo but turned out to be a very light weight cover...not blade guards.
