do the trick
nice weights. I have small wrists so they work better if you put your middle finger through the hole instead of your thumb. Good price, nice product.

great workout tool
Used the item to re-hab an injured wrist. Much better than a grip weight.

More than your average wrist weights!
The thumb holes are the secret! These weights dont slip down your arm while working out. The thumb holes keep them in place even while running for extended periods. Once you try the thumb holes, you won't be able to use wrist weights without them!

They are okay I guess
The main thing I didn't like was that I have to make them SO tight at the wrists, but the thumb hole doesn't really want to bend around comfortably over my thumb. Seems pretty sturdy, so I may give them to my mother and get something else. Makes a good entry level product though! Especially for the price

Good enough to be useful.
I use this product while power walking and to simulate 50% more weight them boxing gloves. When I walk I go through my punches 50 - 100 reps at a time. The weight and the surrounding materials is comfortable. THe only drawback is the velcro strap can rub on the wrist and be irritating. I am going to place some tape on it to reduce this issue or I will wear my hand wraps when I use them.

Great addition to any workout
This product is great. I use the wrist weights when I go on a run, walk the dog or do yard work around the house. It is a great way to tone and strengthen your arms without really trying at all.

I would buy this prodct again & again
My niece in St Louis had parts of both hands removed. She cannot hold any thing with her hands any more. Now we put them on in the morning. She wears them every day to help strengthen her hand muscles. I am 76 and I wear them doing my palates (3) times a week.
