Rated 1 out of 5 by Do not buy!!! They are terrible balls, I bought them for batting practice and game use and within two hits the ball started to get completely deformed, and I mean completely flat sides, we tried some others but the same story, deform then tear open. very poor quality! and the balls don't have any pop, they don't travel at all, I had different baseballs last year and I was hitting them way further and they sounded like a baseball not like hitting a wet log with a stick. DO NOT BUY THESE BALLS FOR ANYTHING INVOLVING HITTING ! ! ! Fine for catch and pitching and possibly t-ball, but for hitting DO NOT BUY ! ! ! August 27, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Terrible Balls! I bought a bucket of these for an 11U USSSA team. After the first practice four or five balls were shaped like eggs. After two practices it was a dozen of them. I'm not talking slightly deformed; I'm talking flat on one side. In no time it was pretty much all of them. I assume Dick's would have given me an exchange or refund, but when you're 150 miles from the store where you bought them you have to consider your options. I opted to throw them away. I pondered whether or not I had just received a bad batch, until I started reading similar complaints. The balls are Rawlings model #CROLB, solid cork, rubber center. Do not waste your money. Rated 1 out of 5 by Not real baseballs These baseballs are very deceiving. They have a real leather on them, with red raised seams. The balls are extremely soft, and the older and better the players are the less they fly and the more they deform. In fact they are so light the balls will drift and move in flight if thrown right. You can feel the softness if you squeeze hard enough. All around these balls are worthless even if its for "practice", they leave you guessing as to the feedback from how you hit them. July 14, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by This product has been durable for the price These practice balls have been able to withstand many practices. They have held up even when they got wet. The seams are good quality for the pitchers. The core is a little soft for batting, but not too bad. A good feature was the price and the bucket for transport. May 28, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by I paid too much for baseballs that are not good quality! I am very disappointed with the purchase and I will certainly go online to explore other alternatives in the future. May 28, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not durable and loses shape Wanted a bucket of balls to play with but these do not play the same as authentic game-use baseballs. When hit, these do not fly as true and not nearly as far. It was hard to tell whether I didn't get solid contact when hitting or if it's just the ball coming weakly off the bat. I mixed in some "real" baseballs used from high school games and was shocked at the difference and how they were much better than these practice baseballs. After a few swings, a few of these practice balls started to get lopsided and tear. I guess it's my fault for buying practice baseballs and expecting them to play like the real thing. Just understand what your buying clearly falls short of the real deal. May 26, 2014
