Great for beginners I am now into my 15th year of youth baseball (and my final kid...yay!), and we have used this heart guard (or similar) for all of our boys when they first started playing the game. Don't spend upwards of $60 for other heart guards until your son/daughter is older, and sure they want to play the game. NOTE: While this style says "one size fits all", I have found that with the really young kids (T-ball, etc.), this can be a bit big. Although the straps are adjustable, you may need to use a safety pin in some cases. February 28, 2013
Pace Maker Protection I am using the heart-guard protector to protect my heart pace maker while I play basketball. I am still trying to position it so that it doesn't rub my skin in certain places but believe it will provide the protection I need. The 3 star rating is due to the fact the product is not produced for the reason I use it so the rating should not be used against those that use it for the purpose it is manufactured.
