well made this bat has great pop it has a good grip it is very well made i hit a few on the handle and it is still in one piece and it comes with a 90 day warranty i dont think you will need it it is perfect for practice and games January 15, 2013
Good composite Bamboo Bat 18U wood bat baseball league. Previously used several ash bats, but they lasted only 1 -2 games before they broke. The composite bamboo bat has survived about 30 games now in the same league. The thin strips of bamboo glued together seem to give this bat better strength compared to solid ash or maple. We added a cloth tape grip to the handle. Something added to the grip is probably necessary, depending on your preference. It is legal in some wood bat leagues, but check the league rules first. ok bat for cages it broke within the first two weeks. took it to the cages hitting 90 never broke. took it with my friends hitting 60 and it cracked at the neck... what the heck! May 15, 2012
Broke at first practice I had bought an inexpensive Louisville Slugger for my son to use for baseball try outs. If he made the team I had promused to buy him the Mizuno he wanted. He made the team and we purchased the bat. At the first practice the bat split right below the barrel. We reached out to Mizuno for a replacement. We will see how that goes. He still has the Louisville Slugger at a third the cost. April 7, 2012
Go Green! My son had never used a wood bat before and did great with it in a recent 12u wood bat tourney. Even hit one out! I love that its made from a renewable and self-sustaining resource! GO GREEN! While it does have a sanded grip he did want grip tape added... April 4, 2012

Great Bat This is a great all around bat. I finally cracked the one that I have had for close to 2 full seasons (30+ game seasons). I have purchased other bats in the past that broke within the first game or two of having it. This is a great bat for the money. You definitely get what you pay for. Sweet Bat I bought this bat and took about 50 swings with it. So far the feel is amazing, the ball jumps off the bat, and its nice to look at too. The people that say it breaks easily, are not used to using wood, or are just not real baseball players. Bamboo is stronger than normal bats, and just like any bat, if you hit one off the handle you are going to crack it, its that simple. Lay off the inside pitch and this bat will last a long time. I am going to buy another one today to have a spare, as anyone who plays wood bat leagues knows, is a must. It is a little heavier than a traditional wood bad, so you need to get used to the added weight, but trust me, this bat is superior to maple in every way. May 31, 2010
NOT worth your money the day i got the bat i went home and took a round of bp in my cage. it broke. i returned it to the store thinking is was a fluke. i got another for free and broke that the same day. i returned that to mizuno and the replacement one broke. the bat SUCKS and is a waist of your money. GO WITH THE MAPLE BATS!!!!!!!! May 21, 2010
