Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Package Deal This Lacrosse package has all you need wrapped up in one great price. The only thing I would suggest is including gloves. My girls LOVED the color options and are very excited to begin their lacrosse career. April 1, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Wrong goggles The goggles that came with kit were an adult size - April 1, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Lax package My girls love their starter kit from dicks. It is their first season and perfect for learning the sport. February 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by great price My daughter is just starting her first year of lacrosse and the price of the stick, bag, and Google's couldn't be beat. She loved the color and was perfect for just starting out. February 5, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great starter package. Great product for the price. This was perfect for my 13 year old daughter who is just starting lacrosse. February 5, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Jump Start for Someone Trying the Sport for the First Time I have purchased two of these sticks over the past year and a half for beginner players in my family. I purchased one as part of the starter kit (including bag and goggles) and one as just a stick. It?s a good stick, and honestly the cheapest beginner stick option on the market. I call this stick a very good value; it is dependable and easy to break in for a novice. . . This stick is for the first time player between 7 and 11 years old, who are just trying the sport out for the first time; without spending nearly a $100 on a stick. I have coached 8 to 11 year old girls? lacrosse for the past two years, and now I also coach middle school girls. I see quite a few first time players, and beginner sticks. This bargain basement STX more than holds its own! . . As for people complaining because the pocket and stringing become loose, this stick is only designed to last a season or so without having to be restrung. As I said, the point of this stick is to get an off the rack, already assembled, cheap lacrosse stick for a young girl who is just learning the sport. If, after a season or so, your daughter has caught the lacrosse bug, it?s time to buy a more expensive beginners stick (better stringing and materials, as well as a more comfortable and light weight shaft), or to move up to an intermediate stick ($70 to $139). . . I would definitely recommend this stick for the first time player in the U9 or U11 (and maybe U13) age range. It is not the best beginner?s stick on the market, but it is one of the top 3, while still being the cheapest beginner?s stick on the market. January 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by daughter loves great set a bit pricey and, the bag makes it worth it because it's easier to carry everything in one place October 30, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Boys vs Girls lacrosse stick You need to be clearer about boys vs girls lacrosse sticks/gear. Since you were not we bought a blue cased stick for my grandson. The label said girls! Now my daughter needs to go to the store - can't trust your web site - and exchange it. October 26, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Stx The set was good together but the overall quality of the stick could improve October 22, 2013
