Rated 5 out of 5 by KyGolfer Practice Balls that really simulate the real thing
If you've always wanted a practice ball the simulates a real ball, has restricted flight, and has "feel", then 'Almost Golf Balls' are your answer. These balls fade, draw, go straight just like the real thing. They fly about half the normal distance of a real ball. And they're solid enough to push the tee in the ground, have a good sound off the club, and you can feel them when you hit them. I only wish that I discovered them sooner!

Well worth the price. These balls are great. They stay in the yard and I don't have to worry about breaking anything.

This is a great practice ball that isn't even a real golf ball. Its almost real, but it isn't real. Great to practice with without breaking a window or something

The Almoat golf balls are simply amazing. Great for short shots from 50-175 yards. Don't recomend them for putting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Goose Time to hit the Driver!!
Swinging the golf club will only make you better and more comfortable, so I decided to give the Almost balls a try. Because I live on 3 acres, I can hit up to a 6 iron with real balls, but the one club I want to swing is the driver! So I teed one up and let it fly . . . 120 yards!! Talk about a perfect ball for the driver. One of the unique things is that the ball spin is very true, meaning that if you hit a slice or draw, it will do just that and with a little extra. As well, you almost can't feel the ball at impact so it helps you to get away from the "hit" and back to working on your swing.
Very cool product and the balls hold up well.

Bought these for my 4 year d to practice his swing in the backyard. He loves to swing and I love it that when he slices toward the house I don't have to worry

I bought these practice balls for use when hitting into a practice net. Just soft enough not to cause damage to buildings, windows, or cars which may be nearby. But solid enough to feel contact, unlike plastic wiffle balls, or pure foam practice balls. Beware though they still have quite a bit of flight to them, so if you're yard isn't fairly large or you won't be hitting in an area which is pretty wide open, be prepared for them to soar over whatever you might be hitting around. Chipping is fairly safe but even a solid sand wedge in a small yard will be too much. For my purposes these balls work great and seem to be solidly built. Would recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Alew17 Like a regular golf ball...without the risk of a bad shot breaking a window.
I was searching for practice balls that I could hit in my backyard. I already have a net, but I'm still a beginner and sometimes slice/hook the ball so that it misses the net. I was in the market for something that would not break/damage anything if this were to happen and have come across these. By far, the best practice balls, the sounds coming off your clubs sounds just like an actual golf ball, and they feel very similar just lighter. Now I can improve my swings without visiting the range all the time and dropping money every weekend.
