You can do better than this jacket
It's not worth the $90 I paid for this jacket. Not even close.
It is not breathable, so I was sweating each time I wore it. There are no underarm zippers to help with ventilation. The hood is very large, so you have to hold it up with one hand - otherwise it falls down over your eyes. It has no tab on the back of the hood to pull the front of the hood back. Lastly, I had to wear this in a downpour, over a beautiful new dress for a college graduation - and the velcro tabs along the front zipper hooked onto the dress in many places, holding fast onto the dress fabric and tearing the fibers. I would take it back if I could, but I had cut the store tags off by the time I discovered all its flaws. I would not recommend this jacket to anyone. You can do much better.

This product is worth every penny it cost!
Recently purchased this product for use during the camping trips I often take. The last trip it rained the first day a little, but the last day it poured. This jacket kept me dry and allowed the heat to escape keeping me fairly comfortable while breaking camp. It was worth every penny it cost!

Jacket
I was looking for a light weight easily compressible jacket that looked good with a business casual wear. This jacket fit the bill. Two thumbs up!

Product better than advertised
I was able to use the jacket in a charity golf tourney the first Sat after receiving it. There was a steady rain from 1 PM tee off to completion around 6PM, Kept my upper body dry as a bone while everyone else on my team got soaked. Good wind breaker as well.

Lightweight, breathable, nicely fitting
I've had this for about a month now and I'm really impressed with the quality of materials and shape. It is very comfortable and light and seems very durable, though I haven't encountered anything that would test the ruggedness to extremes yet. The hood and sides can be cinched down for really windy conditions but the fit of the jacket is nice and close so it doesn't need to be adjusted often. I highly recommend this item; the colors are pretty cool, too.

Great sport jacket for Washington rain.
My son likes that it is light,warm, and rainproof. He also likes that it breathes,and he can pitch a ball without feeling restrained. I do however recommend buying a size larger.

Great rain jacket!,,,
This is a great light weight rain coat! Like all North Face gear this is a rugged tough jacket. I am very hard on clothes and North Face always holds up to all conditions.
