Large rip after being checked 2 times
After being checked 2 times, this bag has a large rip that goes down the front about halfway. That right, 2 times. I sent it back under warranty as the item was less than a year old, and they wouldn't stand by this product stating that it was accidental damage. So even though they make their backpacks out of tougher material, they won't honor any form of warranty for this bag. DO NOT BUY THIS BAG!!!
