I carry this bottle everywhere to make sure I stay hydrated all day long. I take it to the gym. It's great when I'm running because it won't spill on me and the water is easily accessible. I also like that it's stainless steal instead of plastic. All of my past water bottles have leaked in one area or another. Overall, this is a perfect, superior water bottle.
