Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 62 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by high quality for low price Compared to other higher end brands of backpacks of this same can't beat the price along with the durability. I've owned this pack for 6 hard summers of camping & hiking, and still more to come. Absolutely no complaints about it, it's comfortable for me at 5'9" October 30, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not yet used and therefore no real rating at this time The Top Snap on this Bag is broken and will not keep closed! I will be returning it tomorrow at the Henderson Nevada store. October 7, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Holding Up Well! I've done several backpacking trips with this pack so far. Most notably, I used it for a 6-day trip in Yosemite, backpacking about 84 miles carrying between 30 and 45 pounds. Others have mentioned that the seams are weak, but I didn't have any issues with stuffing the pack as full possible. I love the variety of straps and pockets on this pack, and enjoy how easy it is to adjust the shoulder straps and hip belt. I would definitely recommend this backpack! August 19, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by It's a temporary bag for a couple of hikes... This bag came handy, through out most of my 55 mile hike. I noticed after a while the stitching was beginning to wear out. I think I could probably use it for 3 more hikes before I have to buy a reliable bag... June 23, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Really big pack! The pack is huge! Lots of space and is very comfortable June 23, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great price with decent quality My friend and I each bought one of these backpack for a trip down the coast of South America. His backpack held up fine, but the waist buckle on mine broke about a week into the trip (we aren't sure how it broke, but we think the taxi driver accidentally slammed the plastic buckle in the door.) Fortunately, Dick's Sporting goods replaced it hassle-free, even without the original copy of the receipt. The backpack was spacious and did the job. Overall, no complaints. June 2, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Features are comparable to high end packs Went on a 20 mile hike in Oachita National Forest, AR. This is a pretty good pack, almost identical the the features of the new Osprey Atmos 65 AG EX Pack. Of course the suspension would be the difference. This pack was pretty comfortable through the hike. I'm seeing all these reviews showing packs breaking but this pack held up. I was carrying about 65 lbs in my bag with no problems what so ever. We had to walk through a downpour the first night. The Ran cover did an excellent job. One review said it was to small but it fit over my entire pack, with it completely stuffed. The only thing it didn't cover are the shoulder straps. It kept my cloths completely dry. This is all around a good beginner pack, cant go wrong for the price. May 8, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Outdoor wonder Great price on a great product. I fit two military sleeping bags along with another child size sleeping bag. Half the bag was full. The cushions on the shoulder and waist feel thick and comfortable. Weight is evenly distributed. Water proof sack that comes with it is perfect for rainy hikes. Totally can't wait to put it to a 7-day trek. March 24, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Too much for poor performance Purchased this pack for a goat hunt in Alaska. The first time I used it, the nylon cover with drawstring ripped away from the bag. Not a good start. When I used this down on Kodiak, the bag was able to withstand considerable weight in some serious terrain and weather. Despite the bag strength, the stitching on all the frontal straps ripped from the bag in less than a day. If you're taking a hike around Seattle on a coffee tour, this is the perfect pack. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend for backcountry use. January 28, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Backpack I bought this bag to backpack across Europe. I was very satisfied with this puchsse, well worth the price. Very durable and expands to hold a lot of items! January 22, 2015
