Rated 3 out of 5 by looks like a good and reasonable scope for the money Haven't put it on a rifle yet but definitely looks like it will get me on targets at long ranges would be nice if it had a made in USA sticker on it but like everything else reasonably priced says made in china and 10%off always have to argue for that unfortunately...... but not a bad deal for the money September 18, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by It does what it is supposed to do Keep in mind we are not talking about a Swarvoski, Vortex, Night Force or Zeiss. For less than $100 this little scope will put your 17 WSM on the money at 100 yards and at 300 yards. Easy to mount if you do it correctly. Easy to sight in. Easy to adjust. It is not as easy to see through on the highest power but I am able to manage with my old eyes. I have almost every brand of scope made on the high end and love them all. For my money this scope is a great value. I am trusting that it will stand the test of time with some modest care of handling. I now carry it on the farm in Kubota as an every day rifle for targets of opportunity. It is doing fine. IN GOD WE TRUST August 24, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great scope, seriously! Bought this scope for my Benjamin discovery. 22 .. I had fairly decent expectations of it, and it greatly suceeded them. It has the scope covers that pop up which look sweet, and keep light out. It's has a magnificent of up to 24x but I'd say it is good until around 17-19x, and best of all had adjustable parallax!!! I love it. It sights in well and as far as I know holds a zero good. My benjamin is only a pcp gun so it doesn't have much recoil, but I know anything from a .22 and .223 would be fine with. Also, I love how clean and simple the manuel is, and the ease Of use on the scope. Along with all of this is finger adjustments instead of having to bring a screw driver to adjust for elevation and windage on the go. I'd definitely recommend to someone with a small caliber rifle. Awesome scope and DEFINITELY worth the money. After having this, there's no reason to jump up to a 3-400 leapers unless big game hunting, or you have a big caliber gun with a lot of recoil. Rated 3 out of 5 by Decent for a 80 dollar scope Got this for my Savage 110 ba 338 lapua magnum just so I can go out and shoot my gun while I save up for a real scope. Okay quality at low magnifications but starts to get washed out at higher to max magnification, especially indoors. Adjustments were also not correct too. When sighting in at 100 yards, I tried moving my shots 2 inches and adjusted accordingly. My next shot moved 5 inches. I guess that's what you get for a $80 scope. Overall it's decent and I'll probably keep it to put on a 22 or something else. Only cool thing about the scope, but most likely my gun, I shot a sub moa 5 shot group at 100 yards. December 28, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Not a Zeiss, but for the money... Bought this new (to me). Originally on a 300 mag and it couldn't handle the recoil. Put it on my Savage Arms model 110 30.06 and so far, about 40 rounds through, it's true to 200 yards. A bit shaky, especially when zoomed in, but any 50mm optic will do that. It took a while to sight in, mostly because the rear foot on the leupold ring connecting to the bar was off. No fault of the scope. For 80 bucks, you can't get a better scope for long-reach shots. Wish the scope came with a different reticle. Maybe multi-x or some sort of incremental horizontal lines for 300-400, so on. Again, it's not a leupold vx3 or a zeiss, but it's a good scope. Rated 5 out of 5 by EXCELLENT SCOOPE In the case of this scope you get much more than you pay for. I own two of these scopes and both zeroed quick and easy. I especially love the 1/8" MOA adjustment and the level of clarity at max zoom. I would highly recommend this scope. September 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great price for a rifle scope I have 5 of these rifle scopes. I feel the price is great for a rifle scope with this magnification and has very clear optics with paralax adjustment which is nice. I also have several other scopes with the same magnification but they are not as clear at high magnification. I do like that the turret adjustments are covered for protection. For someone that wants finger adjustment continusously the covers would have to be left off. As noted in other reviews the croshairs on some have been dislogged. I had only had one that had this issue out of 5 but this was placed on a .416 cal rifle that was being shot from a bench rest that did not allow for recoil. It was replaced with new one at no charge. No problem when allowance for recoil. Also no problems with any other calibers 308 30-06 30-30 338 win mag when recoil is allowed. Maybe small screws rather than pins to hold croshairs in place would be good. May 14, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor Construction I mounted this on a Mosin-Nagant and it lasted less than 40 rounds. This would be a decent scope for say a .223 but NOT for anything higher. April 15, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice Scope. Sighted in perfectly and held a real tight group. I put this scope on my .308 and it handled it very well! Sighting it in was simple and it held tight groups. September 9, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not bad for the money I tried this scope out on my BAR 7mm WSM and it could not handle the recoil. I switched the scope over to a Savage .243 and after adjusting the scope I fired 20 rounds out of it and the scope stayed true. I was surprised at the clarity at 24 and the paralux. If it were not for the experience I had with my 7mm WSM I would have given this scope a much higher rating. On smaller calibers I believe that one would be very happy with this scope. August 22, 2013
