Very Good Golf Club Travel Bag I have made multiple trips over the last 5 years and have never had an issue with this bag. It is light weight and the hard top section provides excellent club head protection. I especially like the portable nature of the carrier for storage. Highly recommend this for travel purposes. POORLY MADE!!!!!! I have used the bag on 4 short trips. After the 4th trip, I found the bag falling apart. Poorly made. The bag is about 15 months old. Called to see what could be done. Over a Year old. They will not do anything. August 1, 2011
DON"T BUY FROM BAG BOY!!! I had this bag for 2 years, but really only used it a couple times for short trips. I take care of my goods... I handle and store my equipment carefully.On the bag's 3rd airline trip (so only it's 5th flight leg) the ENTIRE BOTTOM END of the bag ripped wide open. You could tell it was a stitching problem.[...]I called Bag Boy, and they not only invoked the "1 year warranty" excuse... but they refused to even consider a "discounted price to replace" option. No customer appreciation at all... and no responsibility for shoddy workmanship.Shame on BagBoy[...]WKM April 28, 2011
