they do the job

they stop you
They are brakes! You squeeze the handle and they stop you. Easy to install, but you do need a Torx screwdriver instead of tightening a nut.

Simple, Cheap Brake Pads
I liked these brake pads, they seem to work well. I replaced both sets of mine in less than 10 minutes. Now my brakes actually work!
