Good product but...
I wish that the vest could be a tad more adjustable for those with smaller frames. I'm 5'3, 124 pounds, and the vest is a bit loose around the waist. When I am running up stairs or on a level plane the vest flys up and down on me, landing heavily on my shoulders which is painful. I have to wear about two shirts and a heavy hooded sweatshirt underneath to add some bulk. Otherwise, this is a pretty good first time weighted vest for me.

Good for High Schoolers
This is the fith type of wieght vest I have gotten for our high school track team, and this one is the best. It has good wieght, and wieght placement, the size is great. The fact that it is short works out great for full body movement.
The two problems I have are as follows,
price, it is a little on the expensive side.
shoulder adjustments. They do not go small enough. I am a 190lb male with a strong build, and the shoulders hardly go down to my size, any one smaller is going to have a hard time keeping the top situated.

Comfortable Resistance
I use this product as a training enhancer. I sometimes wear it with another weighted 55 lb. vest. I like the sand it uses for weight. Makes it easier to get into and out of. It also conforms to your body more than steel weight vests do, as well as distributing the weight pretty evenly. If you want moderate weight in a comfortable vest, this is a great choice.

I just got it so I am not sure on durability but it is a pretty simple product and works great at adding resistance!
