Great Mat
surprised about how nice the quality and comfort for the size and weight of the mat - it folds nicely with built in simple handles that makes it easy to travel with and or fold up and put away in the house when finished
can do all the stretching and ad work that you would want to do at home -and in cushy comfort!

Durable Exercise Mat
Love this exercise mat...at an older age I needed the firmer cushion rather than just a rug...Folds up and stores easily and fits my body size...More durable for both my husband and myself to use...Perfect for what we needed

Don't get on your elbows or knees
This mat is fine if your exercises do not include side planks or any work on your knees. The padding, which feels fine while laying down, is not dense enough to protect the "pointed joints" from hitting the floor while kneeling.

This product surpassed our needs!

My First Exercise Mat
Now you wanted me to give you my review of this product while I only had it for 12 days which I felt was a bit to soon to give you an experience opinion that would make any kind of sense..
I've had possession of this mat for more than four(4) months now, I can do my floor exercises instead of doing them on a cold, uncomfortable tiled floor. It's a lot easier to do my situps, leg lifts and my meditations. The price of this mat fits my budget perfectly as well as being economical. It is definitely wide enough for my 230 lb frame. I would with out a doubt recommend this mat to my family and friends.
Note: The only thing that concerns me about this mat is the warning label that was attached to it. Since I will be breathing heavily doing my floor exercise routines. I have also provided a photo of the warning label.

Good quality, great price
Bought this mat for my 74 yr old dad so he could do his physical therapy exercises. Mat is lightweight, and durable. Folds up for easy storage. Handles are a bonus. Good value for the price.

Great mat for floor exercises!
Love this mat especially for floor exercises in the garage. It provides enough cushion for my back and neck.
