Good product, seems kind of pricey....
I bought a bunch of this to put in my garage gym. Since it's all interlocking, you can get as much as you want and it will all fit together nicely. One of my complaints is that I had to go around a couple of corners, and when you do that the edging pieces don't fit right and you have to cut a little piece off. I'm hesitant to do that since if I move someday or have to rearrange my gym area, I'll end up with some pieces that have a little chunk cut out.
Anyway, that's not as big a deal as my other complaint, which is that these things seem kind of pricey.... $50 for 4x6 feet of coverage area. When you're talking about a gym, even a small home gym, 4x6 is nothing unless you just plan on doing yoga or body weight stuff. When you start adding weights and bench or a squat rack and other equipment, the amount of flooring you need adds up quick. I had to get $250 worth of this stuff to cover my whole floor, which really isn't that big of a space. I still have to move my bench around in-between exercises to accommodate my workout.
I mean, it looks nice, and so far it's working great, but still.... $250 just seems like a lot of money for what you get. I could see paying half that for what I got, but who knows; maybe this stuff will last for years and I'll really get my money's worth. The good thing is this stuff is sturdy and supportive enough while you're lifting heavy weights, and yet it's comfortable enough for when you're down on the floor doing pushups or stretching or whatever.
In a nutshell, I really recommend this flooring if you can afford it. It looks nice and professional, and so far is holding up nicely.

Ok.....
Cushioning is great under the feet! However, not sure how to keep them from slipping. Every time I get going I'm slipping left and right.... Need more gripping power.

Great for a gym floor
Put down for a 13 by 17 gym floor. Super easy to install and feels great to work out on. Would recommend.

Excellent product
Perfect for what I needed, not soft so you stick and break your ankle, not to hard so you can't go barefoot, it's perfect, I use it under my bench and smith machine for squats, and I use it for my cable crossover machine, I also have some set up so I can train my martial arts on, I wish my whole gym was floored by these

Love the mats
Very happy with the mats. I put 6 of them together for my fitness center to use for aerobics and work out videos. They snapped together very nicely and took all of about 10 minutes. They stay in place on my high/low carpet over concrete floor, They have great cushion for our legs and feet during our workouts.

Good for workouts
I bought two of these to use for P90X and P90X2; combined they give me a 6' x 8' surface. The pads provide good cushion for jumping as well as floor exercises. They were a little slick when I first started using them, I ran a course sanding block over them to break in the surface and they were better. I've also heard they get less slick with time as well. Good product, decent price, I was able to use a 20% off coupon, so it was a good deal for me.
