This is a great medicine ball.
I really like this ball I only wish it came in ten pounds. I like the material it is made of . The grip feels good when doing sit-ups.

Better than it appears
I use this product on the days I am not doing free weight exercises and with my ab routine, done daily. It's a soft medicine ball so it forces you to work harder to stabilize your body while it is in motion which makes any exercise more demanding and more effective. It was ess expensive than the hard style medicine ball and price is important. In some exercises, say when doing an uneven puch up, you need the ball to roll quickly and easily from one had to the other and this ball will not do that, so on that exercise and similar ones, you have to fidn a way to adapt to the lack of motion (not a big deal...). Over all, this seems a very good product.
