Amp up workout
I was looking for something to increase resistance in basic exercises, and this was perfect. I like that it is soft and durable and can be thrown around or used to balance. I purchased it when it was buy one get one half off and that's how I found it to be worth it. You don't need a lot of equipment to get a good full body workout, but a piece like this can change the game to even the most basic exercises, definitely should be an addition to any fitness enthusiasts collection.

Good
Easy to handle. Good quality medicine ball. Kind of expensive

Average
Not bad for basic use. Takes a few times to get used to the sand moving around. Grips easily too.

So far, so good
It is smaller than I expected and I don't really care for that. The texture is good and makes gripping easy. So far it has held up and is better than my Everlast, which lasted less than a month.

Very helpful
I use this in my four weekly HIIT training sessions. I like the fill since it shifts and makes the workout a little bit tougher. The small knobs on it make the grip easy, even when sweating.

Medicine Ball
great for core work. I would have preferred a slightly heavier ball, but found that this 10lb medicine ball did the job just fine. Im in love with it now.

User-Friendly Medicine Ball
This is great for solo and partner workouts. It's quick, portable, and efficient. I use it to as a dual weight and for added resistance while doing crunches. Only bad thing is that it's made in China. We need to bring back US manufacturing!!

I like it!
I use it for core exercises. Very grippy and seems like it will hold up to a nice amount of abuse.
