Rated 1 out of 5 by bgolfen Handle Broke on first trip The handle set-up is not well designed. A machine screw in plastic is not going to hold a 20-40lb bag. Don't buy this travel case unless you want to re-inforce the handle set-up. December 22, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Jim Very Poor First time it was used one latch fell off, the handle broke and the locks did not work. I am, of course, returning it. June 22, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by TWS1 Didn't last one flight! The travel case was not designed very well for air travel. One of the carry handles broke off before I even made it to the airport. Of the four latches, only one snapped tight. The others were loose and one of them was broken clean off when I picked up my clubs air baggage claim. I had put a strap around the travel case as a precaution, which probably saved my clubs! March 5, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by JJ44 Handle Broke After Four Trips The baggage handler at the airport broke off the handle that is in the middle of the case. United will not cover any protruding parts - handles, wheels, etc. After only 4 uses, the case is basically useless, unless I can get spare parts somewhere. One solution: tape the handle in the closed position when you are checking the case. March 9, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Ken Very Poor Product After one trip with this case 2 of the buckles fell off. The case never closed squarely. The case is wireless. Certainly not worth the $100 price tag. I have owned it for less than two weeks. Plan to return it asap. February 20, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Murli VERY POOR BUILD QUALITY I bought this for transporting my golf set(what else?) and on my way to the Airport one of the hinges simply came away in my hand in the car itself. Then when the air travel was over,3 of the 4 hinges had gone away. The cart was hanging only on one hinge and when I opened the hinge, that too was very loose. This product is a total no..no for any purpose October 16, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by chassisdr No value here. I purchased 2 of these just a month ago. It only took one leg of air travel for both cases to lose the lower latch. If it were one case, maybe this is just rough handling by the airline, but to lose the same latch on 2 cases I have to think poor manufacturing. April 13, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Ken Don't waste your money. This case is poorly constructed. Keys do not fit the locks well and the carrying handle broke off the first time I used it. It does have a lot of space, but that is useless if the locks don't work and it's hard to manage without the carrying handle. November 11, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Roger Latches break! The first latch fell off on only the 2nd trip it was used. At first I blamed the airline/baggage handlers for not closing it properly. During the 3rd trip, one latch fell off in my hand just from opening and closing it. By the end of the 3rd trip, the airlines had to put straps around the case to keep it closed. Next week, it will be at the curb with the rest of the garbage. July 6, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by N0t0ri0usWIG Great price, but reflected in the quality I debated one of the more expensive soft shell bags, but this was cheaper and Delta didn't make you sign a release if you had a hard case. Also, figured this would do a better job of protecting my clubs. The handle broke off in the parking lot before I even got it in the car. I figured a screw just came loose so I would fix it when I got home. Turns out it was stripped, so I fixed it with some Gorilla glue. Been good ever since. It's only been on one trip so far, but held up great. Had some extra room to hold my golf shoes and my toiletries. The "locks" aren't great. I don't think they're really keeping out anyone that wants to get in. Also, the latch quality isn't very high. I don't make many trips, so I imagine this will last me a little while. July 24, 2013
