Tru-Fire Lost Camo Hurricane Extreme Buckle Release 4.5 5 18 18
Good starter release Release is good quality , but because it does Not golf back I only use as a back up. I bought another release from the same maker that folds and am very much happier with that one , for only 10 extra dollors April 20, 2013
Pretty Good Release One really good feature is that the strap is a buckle which helps with noises in the woods and fits pretty comfortably. Personally, I like the camo strap but that is a personal preference. Here is what I do not like about it. The release (trigger) can be a better quality, although it is metal it looks plastic and I was concerned until my buddy told me that it was actually metal. The other concern that I have is that, it is spring loaded and the trigger does not lock, I feel like I have to use my trigger finger to hold the trigger on the loop because I am afraid that the spring is going to break or pop out. I always shoot like that any way just as a safety precaution, but with this release I do it because I feel like I have to. Overall, even with my concerns this is a good release especially for the price. April 16, 2013
Good, but not top of the line This release is somewhat average. It's not adjustable, so if it fits your hand right out of the package, it'll work great. The release is smooth, the tension adjustable, and the function is what you expect, I just like the next step up the ladder better. March 5, 2013
great release!!!!! this is the first of this style of release I have used. It has great trigger pull. Easy to adjust and great comfort February 27, 2013
great release Picked this release up on sale but would have paid much more for it. Very comfortable and well made it has a nice crisp trigger on it. The buckle strap is much quieter in the woods than a velcro strap. Very happy and has improved accuracy I am very confident in this release to only open when I pull the trigger February 26, 2013
Top of the Line - Value and Quality I have two of these releases and for the money - they are hands down the best release I have tried. I like the buckle because you don't have the velcro noise when adjusting or removing to do other things in the stand - (like drink coffee, eat, etc) - silent operation. The calipers default closed,(open only on trigger pull) don't pinch the nock, and the pull is just about same as my better rifles. You can't go wrong here. November 13, 2012
Tru-Fire Lost Camo Hurricane Release This release is awesome! It feels a little sensitive at first, but it is well worth the money! October 22, 2012
Just as good as the more expensive ones This release is great for hunting and target practice. I like the clip for the extra belt after it's buckled; keeps it out of your way. It's truly a one-size-fits-all product. I like how the release automatically resets when you let go of the trigger. It's quiet. Would definitely recommend. October 17, 2012
Good Release I prefer this release mainly because of the buckle strap, rather than the noisy velcro. I don't like the $10 difference in price though. I bought this one for my son, but I have had mine for 3 seasons. October 17, 2012
good release I like the way this release functions, the claws close after you let go of the trigger. My only complaint is the strap bulges if you use the last two holes. Does not hinder performance though. I would buy another and I would recommend. October 16, 2012
