Customer Reviews

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 35 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Read The Instructions Read the instructions, people. The release is adjustable. I've been using this cheap release for some time and can't find anything to complain about, considering the price. It does what it is supposed to and works well but, sometimes, you have to read the instructions. Sorry. July 27, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Big hands/Too short If you have big hands? I do and this release is way too short. The only way I can use it is too loosen the strap and it is very uncomfortle not having it secure. July 3, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Hair trigger Works great however the release is very easy to release which may be a safety issue. July 2, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great for the price I got tired of hurting my fingers with my 40 lb bow so I got this and it is worth every penny. Pros: -its a trigger release so its way better than nothing -it has a light trigger and fires on queue -comfortable -adjustable wrist strap Cons: -if you don't hold the trigger forward while you are pulling the arrow back, it is extremely likely to fire off on its own; once the string is back, there aren't any problems -the material looks cheap -lacks the adjustments that high end releases have -the string seemed slightly awkward to load at first Overall: If you are like me and are a recreational target shooter that doesn't own a release already, buy this one. This will improve your aim and save your fingers. If you already own a working release and just want an upgrade, spend a bit more money. I wouldn't be able to say details because I am not experienced. Bottom Line: It does its job and its relatively inexpensive. June 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Release I have used this release for years , my old one lasted several years but finally it was time to replace it. Steady , quiet , reliable and very durable in all weather conditions. As an avid bow hunter I cannot stress enough how this release is the one to have. May 21, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product This is my second Tru-Fire bow release and I am very pleased with it so far. April 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product Well made, comfortable, works great, with smooth release. April 15, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by good value I was looking for an inexpensive release for my first go at the vintage compund I recently acquired. I fills the bill nicely and enables me to shoot much tighter groups. It doesn;t have all gongs and whistles, but it works. April 11, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by great product This item is very easy to use with the Velcro and nice camo color. I would buy this item again. April 4, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great product for the price. I am new to archery and this product has made it much more enjoyable for me.I use it with a recurve bow and it makes the draw much easier. It's also much easier on the fingers which allows me to practice longer. March 31, 2014
