Rated 4 out of 5 by Beach Bum Excellent shade and easy setup Larger than it appears on the box. Very light to pack and very quick to setup. Withstands light to moderate wind. It did blow over on a heavy wind day at the beach, but it didnt break the poles. If you take it to the beach you will need another way to hold it down. The supplied metal stakes pull out of the sand under very light wind conditions. All together I was very happy with this sunshade. July 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by KrazyK Love this product!!!! I purchased this 4 my dogs...they don't like a doghouse so when they do go outside I want them to have a shady area to go to. I love the quality of this product and the value was awesome 2. It was fairly easy to put 2gether, maybe it was me but the instructions were not good. I would definitely recommend this product. Rated 4 out of 5 by RedRaiders Pretty good This is pretty good overall - good price, decent quality, and does its job. Only knock is that setup is far from intuitive - at least for the first time. But at this price and with good functionality I can't complain really. We used it on the beach on a hot day and stayed comfortable in the shade with a nice breeze able to circulate through the mesh portions. I would recommend some longer stakes, as well. July 15, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by MNSoftballMom Pain to assemble but nice once it's up Thought this would be more of a pop up tent kind of thing but it's not. It's definitely a two person set up and a little difficult to get up correctly. Once it's up it's nice bit it's more pain than it's worth. July 15, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nat Nice and roomy! Awesome sun shelter! Definitely a two person set up and breakdown when at the beach since the breeze can definitely pick it up when it's not staked down. July 15, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by camper tips for setting-up Large, non-restrictive space. Nice. Set up was difficult alone because the poles are under tension. Tip for after you get it up the first time: mark the pole end with the corresponding corner (for example I put blue tape on the end of the pole that will go into the peg, also taped blue and green tape on the 2nd pole and pegs) I think the next set up will be a breeze. Rated 5 out of 5 by Chris AWESOME! Just used this for the first time today. Easy to set up, roomy inside (fit two adult and two child-sized beach chairs plus all of our assorted beach "stuff". Decent headroom. Shade but not isolating thanks to the screen sides and back.We bought it to go to the beach on 4th of July weekend and were not disappointed in the least.Great product! July 5, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by SHOtime May serve a purpose but not for me The sun shelter was fairly easy to set up but in my opinion is not meant for the beach or any wind. I set the shelter up twice in Florida, once in the sand and once on dirt. Both times i had problems with the shelter blowing away. If you want it to stay in the sand you would need to use some type of sand stakes. It comes with a short and long set of stakes to use. The short ones did not hold in the dirt but the long ones did.
