Excellent choice
Easy to set up. Serves as a great wind break or a shelter from those rain clouds that decide to open up.

Love it!
Took it to the soccer game and it is great under the hot CA sun! The only thing is that is does get a little hot in there when you don't open the little vent windows. Otherwise we love it!

Very flimsy
The grommets to hold the fabric to the frame are of very cheap plastic so they break very easily. I cannot use this item anymore so I would suggest you not buy this product.

won't buy again...
It provides a great deal of shade but as other's have stated the bolt threads and the whole umbrella becomes useless. We, along with several other families, used this umbrella for soccer and each family had the same issue with the bolt. It's a waste of money if you use it regularly.

Sport Mom's Space of Heaven
With 2 boys in travel sports I spend all day during the weekends at sport fields and sun screen can only go so far. This easy to use umbrella gives me quick shade any where I want. It's light weight and easy to place in the ground and set up.

The best cover on the beach
my wife and I used to spend 3 hours on the beach, now we can spend the whole day under the cover of the Sport-Brella in comfort and protection from the sun.

This is THE umbrella for the beach!
We bought this umbrella to use at the beach at Nags Head, NC. It is heavy and sturdy enough to handle great in the wind. It needs to come with 6-8 wide stakes for sand anchoring. We started using it for soccer match and family activities. This really is a very good product for the money. A lot of friends has asked where to get this.

Perfect for the beach
We bought this to take to the beach (Florida) to help protect our small children from the sun. It was perfect. We bought 15" tent stakes to ensure it did not blow away, and it worked out perfect. We used it on its side and as an umbrella and had no issues. It was easy to transport, set up and take down. I would highly recommend.

Sport Brella Pro and Con
The product looked nice, but the bolt that keep the lower portion opf the Umbrella in place (it's a tube with a solid stake like tube inside that slide out to push the umbrella into the ground), had defective threading. It can blow over in moderate wind unless you put sand in the side pockets (We used it at the beach) Then it won't blow away. It could use 6 wider tent stakes, not the 4 wider ones that come with it. The wire stakes were way too thin for anything. A little overprioce for what you get, but OK overall (if you forgive the defective part)
