Good for some flavor I use these in my 50 oz. bladder. It's a little strong for me, but I don't mind plain water. If you have to have flavor in your water, it's probably just right for you. I tried a half tablet but they shatter into pieces so I use a whole one. Doesn't leave a residue in the bladder. May 8, 2012
works good It was very good, and I think it helped. Having taste made my water that much better. Now I only used one tablet for 100 oz not the four it called for, so it can only work better with the correct dosage. February 11, 2011
Great Stuff It reminds me of Tang orange flavored drink mix. Best mixing results (time wise) - add your ice after the product dissolves. I like it a little strong and use 2 tablets for 1.5 liters of water + ice. I love the caffeine rush you get to help push you through long rides (hence the name - Orange Alert). When I'm done, I simply rinse out my bag. No sugar=easy cleanup. The lemon-lime and berry flavors are good as well, but do not contain caffeine. Similar taste to other sports drinks, again easy cleanup. June 28, 2010
