Heavy bag

Poor Quality
We purchased this bag for light use. Within a week the bag has split at the seams and the hardware associated with it has broken several times. After a month one of the straps split open and we have no way of hanging it up anymore. Very poor quality.

hardware
I just purchased this and its a great buy but I'm wondering what all I need to set it up. Is there anything else I need to purchase to hang it up? If so that's rediculous that its not included.

Punching Bag
Hang it up and box with it. Great exercise. Good resistence to the punches, builds impact resistence and wrist strength and punch strength.

Great bag
I like this bag a lot and would not go with anything heavier or lighter. 100 pounds is perfect. This bag is worth the price but I have found it cheaper at other stores and online so I would shop around before buying it from Dicks

It's a product built to last.
It's a all around good heavy bag. I would suggest this bag more to the intermediate to advanced martial artist/boxer than the novice, just beacuse of the bag being stiffer and heavier.

Hardware is not up to the task
The bag seems fine, but the caribeeners that are used to help suspend it are not strong enough. We have had to replace them already after only a week of use, as they we bending and about to fail.
