Mountain House Lasagna with Meat Sauce 4.4 5 11 11
Tastes good Directions say16oz of water but probably 12oz would keep it from being soupy. Tasted great despite too much water. November 14, 2012
Very good product Very good product--tastes and smells just like lasagna November 13, 2012
Great Meal, Easy to Make. Completely satisfied! I bought this single packet to decide whether I should buy a bucket full of Mountain House emergency food. I loved it and my wife liked it. I'm buying a bucket now! October 17, 2012
Was a Great Meal Recently took this on a 4 day backpack up the northern Washington coast- overall was a great meal and my daughter wanted more. Would recommend. August 15, 2012
Tasty and filling Bought this for Bikepacking in Maine's Baxter State Park. Bulk AND weight were important. I repackaged this meal by opening it, putting it in a ziploc, pressing the air out, and closing the Ziploc. It can be re-packaged much much smaller than the original commercial packaging. Cooking time is about 10 minutes for the noodles to absorb the water (not counting boiling time). The seasoning mix is balanced and not too salty for my palate. I are it out of my cook pot - not the original packaging as recommend. As a result, I had to clean my pot. The faux cheese (orange?) was a bit persistant to cleaning and took some elbow grease to get out of the pot. This package is "two servings" and might actually serve two - but I ate it all myself. Tastes like Mom used to make :) My GF and I used this product at 12K ft backpacking in the back country and its was SUPER easy to make and it tastes just like the real thing. She was very satisfied and happy that it was sooooo tasty after our long day of hiking. July 9, 2012
Fit my need dinner July 4, 2012
Light, compact, easy to prepare, & tasty Took this on a 4-day hike and am glad we did. It's lightweight and compact. The portion sizes turned out to be accurate for our group. May 29, 2012
Meal for 2 if both are dieting After a long day on a wet trail I was looking forward to a good hot bag of lasagna. My optimism may have led to my dismay as I went mooching off my hiking buddies after devouring the "meal for 2." The taste was pretty good but I would have stuck somebody with with a fork had they tried to share my meal in a bag. May 14, 2012
