Rated 4 out of 5 by Pretty good value For snowboarding, tried on several different brands of wrist guards (at different ski shops) before I purchased these Pro-Tecs. They are well-constructed, very easy to put on (thanks to pull loops on the wrist), fairly comfortable and very protective (thanks to 2 removable splints on the palm and back of each). The only knock I have on them is that the splints that are on the back of each hand sometimes start sliding out of their sleeves and need to be pushed back in because there is nothing to keep them secured in (Pro-Tec probably should have designed in a snap or velcro closure to prevent this from happening). This only happens after snowboarding awhile -- a little annoying, but not a "showstopper." I'd still buy these over the others I originally looked at. January 22, 2013
