waste of money
These machines are trash and a huge waste of money! We had the life time warranty on the rods and have used it a ton becouse the rods wear out to quick my last set i put on about 9 months ago. We have had the machine for 8 years and it is frustrating dealing with bad rods and the new ones are the same i always check them in the store. Check yourself grab a barbell and walk up to a bowflex of your choice and see for yourself. Dont waste the money there are better options for saving space. And you should be using it enough to not need to put it up anyways LOL.

Best Bowflex for a recession
I used to work out all the time, but then found myself without time to work out... So after about a year of sitting on my butt I have decided to get back into shape. I Bought this Bowflex for three reasons, Space saving design, quick change system and the ability to do squats. The Pros are simple Brand name Bowflex with their warranty, the quick change system works great and helps to keep heart rate up and work outs take less time, independent arm movement helps to train stabilizer muscles and prevent one side from being too dominate when lifting. Actual squats with a home gym, because their is no replacement for squats. A large variety of exercises 65+, resistance training is also less likely to cause injury, joint pain and safer to work out alone VS free weights The cons it's a Bowflex which means progressive resistance it is only 210 # when the bow is new, and has reached its maximum pull back This model is only upgradable to 310 others go up to 410. It has a large foot print for a "space saving design" other bowflex gyms fold up and take up less room when not in use. For those less mechanically inclined it can be a bit difficult to set up, as parts are not marked. The gym is solid, however, the lat bar is not as stable as the rest of the machine. This is the second Bowflex I have owned this model is far superior than the baseline model I have owned previously. I would recommend getting the upgrade to 310 at the time of purchase. If you have difficulty setting up the TV stand from the store spend the extra money on home set up and delivery. This is the best bowflex for those on a budget. I have truly enjoyed using it.
