Great workout tool
My wife and I started on the Bosu with our trainer to work on balance and core.There video has many routines depending on your goal and there are lots more available on-line. A bit pricey but a good price here.

Multi-Exercise plus working your core muscles
I was introduced to the BOSU Trainer by my personal trainer. Used it at the gym for years. Now I have one to use at home allowing me more flexibility for my work outs. It comes with an excellent instruction DVD illustrating how to work different muscle groups with varying combinations -all the time while working your core muscle groups to strengthen your balance. So simple yet so versatile.

Great workout equipment
I love the Bosu. The DVD that came with it is really for beginners but I have now found many workouts that are more advanced. Additionally, when I had a sore tailbone for a few weeks, I was able to use this to still be able to do ab/core exercises that I normally had done on a mat.

Great Product
I love this BOSU Balance Trainer! I had been doing a lot of different ab workouts prior to using the BOSU, and haven't gotten sore abs in a long time. As soon as I started using the BOSU for my ab work, my abs are feeling it! I love the myotatic crunches on the BOSU! It's working like a charm, targeting all areas of the abs!
I can't wait to start trying out all the other different exercises with this balancer.

Very nice, but hurts
The thing works just as advertised but it hurts which is good and I needed advanced work on my core to supplement my cycling so I think a winter of this will work, and who knows maybe that spare tire will deflate as well!!!!

great service
I received my item direct from warehouse. It did not have a plug on the bottom. Customer service tried to get me the plug but could not so they are sending a new Bosu
trainer and has sent me all the paperwork to return the original one at no cost to me. All people that I talked with on this were very friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with service of Dick's customer service.

Works great
The bosu ball can provide a lot of different exercises that are hard to imitate. I enjoy being creative and coming up with new exercises for my athletes!
