Rated 2.8 out of 5 by 27 reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 by This product performed poorly Foam ripped easily doesn't fit all types of racks! February 25, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Yakima Standard Foam BLock canoe Rack I wish I wouldn't have spent the money on this product. The foam block split apart the first time I used it. I ended up buying a "real" canoe rack. This was a waste of money. February 17, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Blocks do not fit standard roof top racks very well The blocks are not made to fit standard roof top carriers very well. I would not spend the money on these again. February 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product! I used this for 4 days transporting a 16 ft Old Town Guide Canoe back and forth to the river. Every Day I was on the interstate doing 70+. I had full confidence in this rig. What a good and cheap solution to hauling a canoe with a car! I drive a Truck normally, but we traveled 14 hours to get to out location so gas wise it was easier to drive a car up and borrow a friends canoe for the trip. We were just very impressed with it! Takes 10 minutes to get everything right. September 10, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Hard to use. Bought this to bring my new kayak home from the store. There are just too many pieces to this puzzle, its a pain in the butt to get your kayak strapped down. Especially if you have a new car and don't want a strap buckle to scratch your paint. The foam pad is definitely made to attach to a ROUND roof rack. My roof rack is more square so they did not fit well AT ALL. An over all waste of $40. When I got it home I ordered a Malone kayak rack. Yes it's more expensive but its a lot less hassle!! Rated 4 out of 5 by Simple and convient Simple and convient with a nice carry bag for hauling and storage July 21, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by not worth it not very useful. Much better value to just get some individual straps July 19, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Individual foam blocks? The product works well enough. However, it would have been much nicer if I could purchase the 4 individual foam blocks separately or individually without the straps. I was not very impressed with the straps at all. I would prefer to purchase the straps separately so that I can get what I need to fit the needs for my vehicle. July 9, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by $50.00 really?? Product is fine for getting your canoe strapped down for the ride home but the price is outrageous. $20.00 would have been better. The foam blocks ripped on the way home and I was driving 5 miles under the speed limit of 55. June 26, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by not worth the money I own the same type rack for my kayak and thought this would work well also as I was familiar with the design, unfortunately it came apart on the highway and ended up just using the straps and "MacGivering" it to get home. I feel I would have done better with duct tape and a blanket. Sad, but true. June 15, 2013
