St. Croix Mojo Bass Casting Rods 4.9 5 12 12
Great rod, good quality THE St.Corix mojo bass line of rods are a well built high quality rod.For the price I dont believe you will find a better rod. August 9, 2014
Great Rod! I have the 7 foot medium heavy with moderate action for cranking and all I have to say is AMAZING! This has the perfect action and bend to the rod to set the hook on crankbaits and not to pull the hooks out of the fishes mouth. It is also VERY sensitive! I can feel everything the bait is doing and when the fish hits it. another excellent product from st.croix! April 16, 2014
THIS ROD ROXXXX!!!!!!!!!! so plzed with this! I purchased this for a trip to Yellowstone and cant wait 2 use it! Go neature!!!!!!!! 6 stars if i could! great qualitty!!! April 16, 2014
St. Croix MBC68MXF top water Excellent feel in my hand when casting very light weight as well. The fast action really helps with distance and accuracy when casting. Also has plenty of back bone to pull a fish out of heavy cover October 31, 2013
Great Rod Nice and balanced with my new reel. Great feel and is plenty sensitive with spinner baits and crank baits. October 24, 2013
best band for the buck i now have 3 of these (drop shot, crank bait, and spinner bait) and plan on at least 1 more. i can see where the couple extra dollars for these rods goes to. a great investment for someone who cannot (nor really needs to) afford the upper echelon of bass rods. works perfect for me, on land or from a boat. October 1, 2013
EXCELLENT ROD!!! ST. CROIX makes the best rods period. They have the best customer service in the business and the best warranty in the business. Need I say more. July 5, 2013
rods I build custom rod that take 2 days or so to build and I have always used st croix blanks but i was at dicks the other day and saw a st croix swim bait rod for 129.00, and ibought it and the first day i used it i got an 6 lb bass in the lilly pads, and he did not stand a chance of getting off. keep up the good work st croix March 20, 2013
Great Rod I have the Mojo Bass "spinnerbait" model. Although I use it to throw just about anything in my box. Well balanced, easy to fish all day. Enough backbone to set the hook everytime...never fails me. I would highly recommend this rod. Buy it, you wont be disappointed. July 15, 2012
Tale of two rods I wanted upgrades on 6' 6" Daiwa fishing rods 5 years old. I thought the longer the rod the longer the cast. I also have the Triumph spinning reel medium-fast 6'6, but I like the look and feel of the Mojo rods. Bought the biggest one available, 7'6" "pitching" rod MH moderate with a Quantum Escalade reel for pads and grass cover. Used it for two weeks and it has enough backbone to yank a 5 pound bass through 6 feet of lily pads. But it got heavy after a couple of hours. Then I bought the 7 foot "spinnerbait" with MH fast action for cranks, spinners, and frogs. It casts just as long as the 7'6' rod and is lighter. The fast action tip means less effort to cast and I used it for 8 hours. Both are great with braided line with no friction on the eyelets. I prefer cork handles and wish the grips were completely covered, but when I make casts now, I have better torgue to get an extra 15 feet. If I did it again, I would buy the 7 foot rod first because it has more versatility with lures and takes less effort to fish. June 15, 2012
