St. Croix Triumph Casting Rods 4.1 5 11 11
Great Value For A St Croix Any body who buys this St Croix rod can't go wrong. Compared w/ the Premier and the Mojo rods are basically the same in a rod build, w/ only the price difference. Premier made in the USA (reason for higher cost, good reason though#, Mojo rods w/ a split handle #made in Mexico), still higher cost. Look @ the components. I fished the Triumphs in bass tournaments and caught big hybrid bass w/ the TRC70MHF w/o any problems @ all. The guides also align on the spine of the rod fine, giving you better control of the cast, and not torquing in a way that you're not fighting the rod as well while fighting fish. March 29, 2013

A great product at an affordable price This is my second St. Croix rod and I love both of them. They are well built. They perform well in their fast action and performance while jigging and trolling. June 10, 2012

Dont buy Had two and both broke. [$] to replace too which i wasnt happy about April 10, 2012
i have bought 2 of them now. would not suggest with the bama rig April 7, 2012
Very sensitive rod I use this rod as my crankbait and misc. setup. It is very sensitive and super light. I went with the medium action and casting is great--very far with good accuracy. I also own a St. Croix Premier and the Triumph is very comparable. I highly recommend St. Croix rods--but no need to buy the most expensive ones they sell. Between the Triumph and the Premier, you're set. September 26, 2011
