this product is poor quality this product looks really nice when ordering but once received it was a pretty good job to put together. and once it was mounted and you shoot the ball it was very slow to come back out. i would check other products out before i ordered this one. the factory should have thought this product through before putting on the market. basketball chute return I was really excited when I saw this as it was adjustable and looked like what I needed. However, within just a few hours of use one of the clips on the inner ring snapped. I hope it was just a fluke, but I am concerned, because I would expect that it should be strong enough for tens of thousands of shots taken at the basket. Maybe this design needs to be looked at for making this clips metal instead of plastic February 26, 2013
Works as advertised Purchased this for my 12 and 9 year old boys. It works as described and helps the boys take more shots with less chasing on made shots. Construction is solid and so far holding up to shots from all over the court. It does hang low so the two boys have to keep the basket at at least 9 feet to prevent banging their heads. 2nd Hand - BUT Works Great Although the giftbox was sealed with hot glue the interior packaging was all previously opened. The person who shipped it had to realize this because parts were rattling all over. Someone tried assembling it previously. Found all the screws and needed it for a birthday in a hurry so I assembled it and tried it out. Liked it. My son has used it for a couple of weeks and loves it. Assembles easily. Balls shoot back to you. Can change the angle of return easily. Hooks to attach it to the rim move around so it should fit any set up. It take a few shots to get the net smushed into the return but then the return is smooth. Makes shooting baskets a hundred times better. July 20, 2012
