Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 80 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good option! The "GEL" pad is generous, the XL 36/38 fits my 38 jean size waist with room to spare. Nice and long, its like having a bike liner short under some soft athletic shots, but better. The system stays put, the leg grabbers work well, doesn't ride up from wind or movement. Dries quickly, good seams, so far mine have been durable. I personally dislike the spandex look, this is a nice alternative in a baggy cycle short that's not overly loose and it feels just like a decent Gel spandex short. The pockets are fine, its a cycle short, you don't want to carry anything much in the pockets anyway. Mine stay empty when riding anyway. I just wish they were a bit shorter, I may try these in my kayak too. The chamois is nice and dense. I've put many 30 plus mile rides on my bike with these and they make a huge difference, I can ride with zero pain till I hit almost 4 hours. That's about double what I can do with just regular shorts and a good seat. November 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Bike Shorts Shorts work well, good, quality construction, good for those who are not ready to be seen in spandex! November 14, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Shorts This is my first pair of bike shorts so I don't have anything to compare them with but having said that I'm completely happy with these shorts. They're very well made and the gel pads perform as advertised. They pockets are deep and the 3rd pocket seals nicely.I tried the cheaper version of these with the regular pads but the Gels were much better, worth the money to me.I like the fact also they're bike shorts but look like regular shorts. At my age don't want to freak anyone out.I'll be buying another pair,so as far as a recommendation that says it all September 10, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Product well made but needs improvement I've been wearing these biking shorts for about 2 weeks now. They seem to be well made, and comfortable. The gel crotch helps in the comfort department. I'd like to see the manufacturer make the pockets deeper, and also provide a zipper or snap to keep them closed. The pockets are not deep enough to carry a cell phone safely. I'm constantly checking my pockets for keys and phone, to make sure they haven't dropped out. December 7, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable shorts The gel pad in the shorts worked great for my bike rides. Would recommend. August 19, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Fashionably Attractive Cycling Shorts These have a very high-waisted tailoring in the back -- about 2" longer distance from the top of the waist in back to the beginning of the pad (chamois) than a separate chamois liner short, such that the chamois did not fit in the proper position for me to provide the necessary cushioning against the bike seat. Others have commented about the lack of pockets on such a short. The side pockets are a bit shallow with no rear or cargo pockets. The short would work best for bicycling to a social occasion where one did not need to carry or store much in one's pockets. The shorts fit very well as shorts and are quite comfortable to wear. The construction is nicely done with finished seams. I would prefer a two-separate piece short where the chamois-liner is separate from the outer short. For a person who wants a short for a shorter ride without the need for cargo pockets these would be very nice, provided one's body fit the padding. I returned them because the tailoring didn't fit, but I purchased them online and hadn't tried them on first. July 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product is great. Great biking shorts for the price. Durable and comfortable for long rides. September 27, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by MTB NuuB Bought the black pair, black goes with everything, good padding, not sure the gel is anything special or adds more comfort than normal. Only have a few rides on them so far. No complaints, a good basic short with plenty of comfort, sizes run true, just click buy. March 30, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Mt. Biking shorts. I like the shorts. Well designed and durable shorts for attacking the mountain bike trails near Boise. November 5, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable shorts for long rides Very comfortable and easy to ride in. Could use more pockets. July 25, 2014
