Rated 3.4 out of 5 by 13 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Junk Bought this rod in the 9' version back in October last year, maybe fished with it 6-10 times, went to cast a 1oz Hopkins shorty this weekend with it and the tip snapped off! While the rod, in theory, has a 1 yr warranty - no contact information was provided on how to request the warranty center review the claim. Dicks indicates that you should go directly to the mfg, but doesn't provide the contact a different rod. August 31, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Not a bad product at all ! I personally will definitely buy this product again when I need one. The rod I bought was 7'long,sensitive,use 3 oz. sinker cast out for a good amount of distance, detect bites good even with small fish. I would recommend this product to all my friends and other fisherman out there should give this product a try, you will like it. A better product for less money! October 17, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by great quality for the price seven foot rod for jetty, pier, shorter distance casting August 17, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by My favorite rod of all time I have 5 of these. The action is perfect for what I fish for (snook, trout, reds, small tarpon and sheepshead). Well made and extremely lightweight thanks to the cork handle. Kudos to Ande and Dick's for carrying them. August 9, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Rod, Reasonable Price This is a good rod, seems sturdy enough, yet flexible. It is what you expect from a surf rod. And it is reasonably priced. August 6, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by poor construction liked it when I bought it nice size light rod snapped at the connection of the two halves used it 2 times 30 casts July 23, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by not a good rod The looks nice, but it doesn't perform like it should. The action is slow And it soft at the tip cannot feel anything, cannot set the hook properly. July 9, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great rod, great price I bought this rod last year, have not had a problem at all. I have landed quite a few good sized Striped Bass. This rod also casts line out pretty far too. June 19, 2012
