I have purchased many costa sunglasses and I love them and I used to say I would never purchase another pair. But after I have had to deal with the repair service twice I'm not happy at all. I just sent mine back because while I took them off my head the whole side of the glasses snapped inside the arm. I sent them back thinking no problem its covered under warranty after being told each time i have purchased them costa has a great warranty and they always stand behind there product. which is why I spent $250 on a pair of sunglasses. I got a email saying I had to pay to fix my glasses because my glasses were neglected and the had fallen on the ground that's how they had broken. I baby my glasses and always put them in the factory case after i take them off. The glasses looked brand new when i sent them off except for the broke piece. I told them to send them back so I could see what they were talking about and of course they already threw them in the trash. I was basically told that there warranty covered the nose piece and the rubber on the glasses. So just to let future buyers know DO NOT PURCHASE these if you think the warranty will be helpful, like every store I have bought them from has told me was so great. I used to recommend these to everyone but with the customer service I have has I will no longer do that.
