Rated 3.6 out of 5 by 24 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great dumbells! After reading the negative reviews, I have to say one thing. It says clearly in the manual and instructional video to NOT drop them. They will break if you do. I have carried these on the road with me all over the country( I work for a band), and have never had a problem. You could buy these for $350, or spend $1000 on ind. dumbells. Your call. Rated 2 out of 5 by Does not last Product does not last. Worked well for 2 years, now I cannot turn to a different weight. It is locked. Warranty is up. May 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Brilliant product for the money and space Great for the space they save! Obviously not a product you want to buy if you drop your weights on the ground in any way. My wife and I have been using these for 6 months daily and I have not had any problems at all. February 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great addition to a home gym After two weeks and six workouts I can honestly say I'm happy I purchased these. As with any significant purchase, I did my homework. I read a lot of reviews; mostly positive, but I wanted to see the negatives as well. With a busy work schedule, a fiance who works second shift and a 1-year old dog, I don't have time to spend hours at a gym in the evening. If you want a way to get stronger at home on your own time, I encourage you to research this product. January 28, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great flexable workout equipment These are great you get the flexibility to have a huge number of different weights with without a lot of room a weight to move amount January 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Never had a problem I have owned this set for over 5 years. I bought the stand as well. I have never had any issues that I see on a few reviews. I use these weights 4 days a week. I am looking to buy another set for my winter place in florida..... Great Porduct December 13, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Just Flush Your $ Instead After a few weeks the weight adjustment knobs froze up making it impossible to change weight setting. I tried everything recommended in manual to no avail. Warning:Don't waste your money August 12, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for interval weight training I've only had the product for about two weeks, but I couldn't be happier. Not only do you get a full set of dumbbells (up to 52 lbs) that takes up only 25% of the space that your normal set would use, but they also allow you to jump from exercise to excercise in a matter of seconds. Rated 5 out of 5 by Don't listen to the Bowflex haters Half of these reviews are from people who don't even own the dumbbells. I'm sorry, but if you see a broken set on display, you shouldn't be able to write a review. After 6 million kids in a store play with "anything", it's bound to get messed up. I've had this set for years now and have never had any problems. Can you slam them down on a hard surface? No. But that's not what I would do either way. I've been using them for P90x and other workouts and they work great. No problems at all. July 1, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worthless I would feel better if I would have thrown [$] in the fireplace instead of spending it on these worthless things. You might as well just put these in your china cabinet being as they crack and shatter if you drop them from two inches off the ground. I called Bowflex and they told me if I expected to have functioning dumbbells I would have to pay over $200 dollars to get them fixed. The twisting mechanism on one of the dumbbells also broke and is now completely useless. Thanks Bowflex for lightening my wallet. June 25, 2012
