Nice set
Great video. Rodney is fantastic at breaking it down and making it simple for a beginner. I do wish it was in HD, tho.

My favorite yoga instructor!
I use this after a run, or before starting my day. Perfect way to balance and strengthen my core. When I'm done, I feel muscles I didn't know I had!
