Works great for the intended purpose.
After six back surgeries, surgery on both rotator cuffs, and two surgeries on my left knee my doctor recommended Yoga exercises. Because of rods in the back of my neck and a plate in the front of it I can not lay on my back and get my head on the floor. The Yoga instructor recommended a block. After checking out most of the local stores I decided on the one from Dick's Sporting Goods because of the lite weight and height. This is great and makes the new exercise program much easier on the back and neck.

Built like a brick house
Not much to say, really. It's a foam block. It just kind of sits there. But, it is sturdy and it works as it should. I used my Dick's Rewards Certificate; so it was basically free!! Love that part!!
