Strap works good but I personally do not use it much
Holds its form well even under the weight of a large male. I use it in different yoga positions between my knees as well, and it is the perfect width.

Exactly what I needed
I use the strap for mostly stretching out my shoulders before classes and if I cannot do a proper posture during class. It assists me to improve my flexibility. The block is great for positions to help give support. Great price and you get both items!
