Little hard to try breathe out of. Plastic is a good quality for teeth protection.

bad product for your money!!!
I purchased this product for my son because his teeth are in need of extra protection and I must say it was terrible! Within a week/week 1/2 the sides of the mouthpiece was gone! I purchase a mouthpiece every year for him and have NEVER had a problem like this that fast! I am VERY dissappointed with this product and would NEVER recommend anyone whom wants to keep their teeth safe to get this product.
