Product no good. A good silicone mouth guard for braces will have spacers that lock into the top part of your mouth holding your guard in place. This one does not, forcing to you bit down hard. With the Gel Design it is just WAY TO HARD to breathe like you need to. I would not recommend this one. There is one similar that protects both top and bottom, and has the spacers. Even made by the same company. Why they didnt include this feature on this particular one I have no idea. Trust me... This one is no good. I gave it a 2 cause on a pinch it will give protection. Great product, worth the money. My daughter recently got braces and plays on a select soccer team. She wore these for the first time in an outdoors Turf Tournament. She did great and they were comfortable as well. I have a feeling they will be her best friend at game time:) April 2, 2013

Excellent double protection For children with braces, who can not use a standard mouth guard, this product is great. It allows the extra space needed to cover the teeth and the braces. And this guard covers both top and bottom teeth with braces. Excellent quality. January 24, 2013
